There is a loud laughter in heaven It mocks unwholesome permutations And derides warped combinations Round the chapter around And rebuild the old ruins Tell it in the ear of insecure titles It is time to let Nigeria go And favour her just cause Release the strong branch And experience a new lease There is a new breed on the horizon It opposes a corrupt night And shines a new dawn of hope Raise up the foundation of posterity And restore the lost glory There is a pebble for every giant It is always despised by the easy And ignored by the unbelieving crowd Ride on the wings of the wind And bring the throne to Zion The eyes of the Lord are everywhere Examining the secret abominations Servants of the Most High God See light at the end The remnant will be saved and made great
