Musings: Are you still...?

Still

Riding through my journey

Holding on to ancient sign posts

And keeping house

Still

Learning through the night

Singing a joyful melody

And lighting up my day

Still

Racing through my present

Smelling just lovely flowers

And plucking fruits from history

Still

Sleeping through the sail

Rising early to calm any contrary wind

And never losing faith

Still

Playing through the match

Scoring only needful points

And staying active until whistle blows

Still

Sifting through every speech

Shielding my nose from filth

And feasting plainly on truth

Still

Grazing through green pastures

Trusting only the most high

And leaning on his solid rock

Still

Leading through a servants' towel

Walking around available fig trees

And building a winning team

Still

Looking through the book

Mapping out loving routes

And taking quantum leaps

Still

Blooming through the thorns

Preparing for prepared place

And keeping the peace

Still

Gliding through the currents

Testing every feather

And knowing when to renew

Still

Smiling through the work

Remaining a resilient child at heart

And speaking plainly if I have no fish

Still

Looking through my mercies

Naming my lot one by one

And bowing in humble adoration

Still

Content through my journey

Knowing my saviour lives

And taking watchful steps

Still

Looking through my GPS

Choosing as I am chosen

And sailing under sealed orders
